MUFC is excited to announce its partnership with Melbourne City FC to deliver football sessions before, during and after school through the Sporting Schools Australia Program.
Sporting Schools is an Australian Government initiative
designed to help schools to increase children’s participation in sport, to connect children with community sport, and to foster a life-long love of sport.
Murray United FC Senior Coach and Community Football Manager, James Coutts is excited to be leading a small group of coaches that are trained and approved to deliver a quality program, based on the Play for Life philosophy. Programs are modified for age and skills level from beginners to advanced and encourage children to get active, learn new skills and have fun playing sport.
Your school can get ahead of the game by applying for Sporting Schools funding online now for 2017. Programme Delivery Grants assist registered schools with the delivery of endorsed national sporting organisation programmes including coaches, supervision, equipment, facilities and transport costs.
You can find us online as a soccer coach provider for Albury-Wodonga and the surrounding region. We would love the opportunity to visit your school to provide an overview of the program and a free introductory session.
